Introduction

I hold a bachelors degree in Computer Engineering and Information Technology (CE&IT) from Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST).in addition to this i have participated in different meeting, trainings and short courses that help me to stand in position of Management Information system specialist in the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources (MINAGRI).I'm parsuaring a Master Degree in MIS in KIST.

• 2002-2006: Bachelors degree in CE&IT, KIST

1. 2004-2005: Obtained Cisco Certified Network associates certificate

                  CCNA Semester I& II.

1. October – November, 2010: Seminar on IT Applications in Agriculture,

                                        NANJING Agriculture University, CHINA.where i'have got knowldge and sharing experiences on how Information Technology can improve agriculture sector by applying them on different level.

January – April,2009 : working with consultant on Feasibility study of KIMETRICA Project in Rwanda . November,2009: Training on CountryStat Database using PX-files August, 6-9th : workshop on MIS organized

                       by EAGC in collaboration with IFDC catalyst.
                        Nairobi - Kenya.

February –April,2009: Training on Content Management System

                                  (CMS) of Joomla
                              and Drupal, by Filmax & GRAVISIO company
                               and SHER INGENIEUR Conseil.

April, 6th -9th: Workshop on MIS organized

                    by Eastern Africa Grain Concil (EAGC) in collaboration with IFDC,  Kampala-Uganda.

May, 19-24, 2008: Training of trainers courses in early warning

                            system and Food security assessments techniques
                            from AMPRIP.
