Getting To Know Me
- My name is Terry L Hanley and I am an Assistant Lecturer at the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Department. I started my Tertiary education at the College of Further Education where I was successful in attaining a Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration from City and Guilds of London. Upon leaving there in 1989, I traveled to Utah on a full scholarship from CASS to further my education in the same field. Upon completion I attained an AAS Associate of Applied Science in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Before leaving to go to study abroad I was fortunate to gain employment with one the country's major companies, TDC. The company saw my potential and offered me a contract which would allow me to be paid my full salary if I agreed to return to work when I completed my studies.
- After completing my studies I returned to TDC where I was the Chief Technician of the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Department. During this time I was responsible for training two apprentices, manage workshop budget and manage the day-to-day running of the department.
