Introduction
My name is Selamawit Bekele. I was born in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. I finished my elementary school in Geja Kalehiwot Church School, high school in Bole Kalehiwot church school and preparatory school in Meskaye Hizunan church school. I finished my higher education in Addis Ababa University from the Faculty of informatics, department of Information Science. link!

What to do
After graduation I joined Addis Ababa University as an assistant librarian and have been working there since August, 2008. Working in the University gave me a lot of experience in my field of study.
I've been involved in different activities and projects like developing a digital reference service for the John F. Kennedy Library which is the main University Library, developed a software application for FAO as a graduation project, developed database systems for different organizations.
Interests
I love reading books like fiction books, philosophical books, religious books and the like. I usually read books written by Dr. Myles Munroe because his words are inspirational, wisdomous and is based on the Bible.

I also like hanging out with my friends, watching movies, swimming. I also like to travel to places.
