Myself Savitha Harish from God's Own Country, Cochin,Kerala.My passion for teaching led me to take B.Ed from the same university in the year 2000. Afterwards, I joined the University of Kerala and did MA in English Language and Literature. Also I have passed SET (State Eligibility Test) and qualified to teach English both at the University and Higher Secondary School Levels. My regular teaching career started in 2002 as a High School Teacher of English in the Sree Narayana Dharma Paripalana Higher Secondary School, Udayamperoor, Ernakulam, Kerala, India. Next year, I got promoted to the Higher Secondary Section in the same school. During my career I had attended various Faculty Development Programmes conducted by the SCERT, (State Council of Educational Research and Training) Government of Kerala. I am an active member of FETE, an association of English Teachers formed to promote English learning for improving the linguistic potential of Higher Secondary level learners. This is the eighth delightful year of my teaching profession during which period; I had the enriching experience of teaching learners in different strata of the society. As an English teacher my mission is to create master communicators in English so that they can read the “word and the world” in a better way. I joined the CIDTT course mainly for expanding my knowledge of practical teaching in the international arena
