This is my second reflections entry. During this week I have learned about so many new tools that are available on the internet including Zoho <http://www.zoho.com/>, Second Life <http://work.secondlife.com/en-US/worksolutions/training/>, and Google Wave <https://wave.google.com/wave/>. All of these tools can empower people living in small Jewish communities within Klal Yisrael to train their children to become Jewish teachers and leaders via distance and collaborative learning. What  a powerful concept.
