Hi,

I’m John -- I’m married, a father, grandfather, USAF C-130 Weapons Officer, a professor with the American Public University System; and I really am looking forward to working with you on this project.

My primary scholarly interests are in logistics, acquisition, test & evaluation, contracting, military management, and operations research as they can be applied to business and management situations. Prior to instructing with APUS, I taught Crew Resource Management & was on several graduate thesis review committees at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Additionally, I'm working on my Ph.D. in Business Management through Northcentral University.

I’m a 16 year career USAF aviator, have served in several flying squadrons, held staff positions in Europe and the U.S., and I'm currently attending Command General Staff College. I managed three major command programs while on the headquarters staff; to include the Joint Precision Airdrop System (JPADS) program.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being an online professor & my teaching experiences with APUS. I look forward to working with you to make this a worthwhile and rewarding learning experience.
