Results Framework
A result framework is a matrix that defines results at different levels including inputs and activities, outputs, outcomes and impact.It is very important to measure the results at the outcome and impact level because this is what gives an indication of what changes interventions are causing to the targeted beneficiaries or enterprises. Project evaluators focus to investigate the changes at these two levels to know the extent to which an interventions has achieved its objectives and caused behavioral changes
