I hold an Msc. Degree in Agricultural Extension and a P.hD in Educational Evaluation. I am a Principal Scientific Officer with the CSIR-Crops Research Institute, Kumasi, Ghana. I am currently on sabbatical with the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana as a Research Fellow in the Faculty of Distance Learning
