My name is Mwembamba. It is a Kiswahili name which means 'slim one'. I live and work in Kenya within the international development and research world.

- Currently pursuing a MSc in Applied Human Nutrition at the University of Nairobi
- Title of thesis: “Development, Storage Stability and Consumer Evaluation of a Low Cost Vitamin A-Enriched Mango Nectar as a Food Supplement for Children.”Awaiting defence of thesis, and graduation.
- Before that I was at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), where I obtained a BSc in Food Science and Post Harvest Technology – Scored Upper Second Class Honors.
- I attended Loreto High School in Limuru, Kenya
