Introduction
- My name is Moses Twesigye, i work at the Rwanda Development Board, in charge of ICT projects monitoring and evaluation. I hold a a Degree in Urban Planning and a Masters in Public Administration.
Experience
- I have seven years experience in the M&E profession. I wish to collaborate with key players in the ICT4D field so as to advance the ICT development momentum.
Interests
- My interests are to understand, use and promote modern ICTs for development. Applied Research for policy and program development is my area of strength.
