Year 11 Geography: Write a collaborative story for a child in the junior school on how tropical cyclones are formed and how they affect the natural and cultural environment. You need to add to the wiki to include detail using the case study material from Hurricane Katrina and Cyclone Nargis.

You might like to model your story on a child's story like Winnie the Pooh or Hairy Maclary or some other story you enjoyed as a child.

(Comment.gif: I would like these photos to be lined up exactly - how can I do this? It sounds as though I am a bit anal not liking them being not lined up exactly. Can anyone help me? --MaryRobinson)

(Comment.gif: Hi -- I lined the photos up -- make sure that there is no space or carriage return between the respective image syntaxes in the edit view, and the wiki will do it's best to determine the best layout. Aligning multiple images on the same page, especially when there is also text which the wiki is trying to wrap around images can be tricky. Remember that you don't have control over the screen resolution your user may be viewing your page. If someone has a wide screen -- the layout may look different from what you are seeing on your screen assuming you have a standard resolution. There are a couple of tricks -- but you'll learn these quickly as you optimise the layout of your wiki pages :-) --Wayne Mackintosh 11:38, 1 September 2009 (UTC))
