Hi All ! Warm Welcome to my user page! I am Dr. Manisha Jain (earlier Gupta) an Associate Professor in Chemistry in Department of Chemistry, Acharya Narendra Dev College(University of Delhi). I did my B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry from Gargi College (University of Delhi) in 1995 and M.Sc. (Inorganic Chemistry) from [http:www.hinducollege.org Hindu College] (University of Delhi) in 1997. I am a University topper in M.Sc. and recepient of Prof. R.P. Mitra Memorial Gold Medal and Prof. K.N. Johri Memorial Gold Medal in 1997. I received my Doctoral degree in Bio inorganic Chemistry under the supervision of Prof. Pavan Mathur from Department of Chemistry,University of Delhi in 2002. My field of Specialisation is Bio Inorganic Chemistry. My Ph.D. research work includes : Synthesis, Structural, Spectral and functional studies of some Copper (II)/Copper (I) complexes with Benzimidazole substituted multidentate amide ligands.I have a number of publications in journals of national and international repute.
