My key interest areas are: e-learning design and development, knowledge sharing and management, new strategies for delivering knowledge through Web 2.0.
I hold a doctorate in curriculum studies from CIEFL (now EFLU), Hyderabad. After a brief stint in teaching English at Degree colleges and a short association with Dr. BR Ambedkar Open University and IGNOU as an Academic Counsellor, I moved to content design and development in e-Learning. This was ten years ago when the field of e-learning was still nascent and emerging. My main motivation to shift from traditional education to e-learning was my instant fascination for Internet and Web technologies.
