I am called Loyce Kyogabirwe,Ugandan, working with Isis Women's International Cross Cultural Exchange Isis-WICCE[1].An International women's human rights organisation that exist to promote cross-cultural exchange of skills and information to contribute towards women's transformation through documenting violations of women's rights. I am interested in web2.0 and I have participated in web 2.0 trainings. I joined this group to learn and shre with other liked minded people. I have been silence because I was off for 4months maternity leave. I am a mother of a handsome baby boy who has just made 6months today. 8th of September 2009. I really has missed alot on previous discusions but I hope to catch up along the way.
