Type your profile here ..... Emmanuel Owusu is my name. I am a Lecturer at the University of Education Winneba. Currently, I am the Head of Material Development and Production Unit of the Institute for Educational Development and Extension, University of Education, Winneba. I had my First degree at the University of Education, Winneba and second degree at the Institute of Education, University of London.

I possess MA in ICT in Education and teach Information and Communications Technology at the Winneba Centre of the Distance Education programme of the University of Education, Winneba.
