About Me
Born in Ipoh, Malaysia, lawyer by training, teacher by choice with almost 30 years in teaching. I regard education as the great transforming tool. Now with Wawasan Open University as Deputy Vice Chancellor tasked, among other things, to set up a continuing education centre for professional development. Wawasan is headquartered in Penang, but my office is in Wawasan's Kuala Lumpur Regional office.
