How can I embed a slideshare presentation?

- Our community subscribes to the free cultural works definition and we prefer to work with initiatives that use free software technologies. Leigh is a smart guy and figures out smart ways to incorporate these features ;-). That said, my personal preference is for Kaltura -- which is a rich media hosting service to include the capability of uploading slide shows. There is a way to upload slide shows with audio -- but the syntax is a nightmare -- see for example our WE Slideshow --Wayne Mackintosh 02:16, 24 May 2008 (UTC)
- Kaltura isnt free software, the source code hasnt been released yet, embedding a proprietary flash flayer that forces people to install a non-free flash plugin doesn't make you smart but thats what your encouraged to do when you visit this site.Chris 14:07, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
