I am a natural instructional designer. I love learning, I love designing things, and I love teaching and seeing others learn. I am a kinesthetic learner with a very strong visual sensibility. I love jumping into chaos and mucking around, feeling my way to the bottom and top of something and then coming up with an overall plan that allows data to become knowledge and ultimately performance. I firmly believe that every “problem” has an elegant solution--a deep structure that often appears as a simple geometry.
