My profile
Myself Hyde Devassy passionate in teaching and using innovative methodology in the teaching/learning process.
I strongly believe that education is the birth right of every child. Children are the precious gift, give our best for them, for their bright future and also for the growth of the nation.
Being a new aspirant in the platform of wiki.. I have a strong desire to share my knowledge to my students, and I accept this as a great opportunity to expand my horizon through wiki.. online classes.
The turning point in my thought was when I attended Mr. Sebastine Panakkal's class on teaching online.It was a two day workshop organised for the school teachers at St.Tresa's college, Ernakulam. The class highlighted the vision of wiki, imparting knowledge to all those who seek and thereby fostering a social commitment.
Professional background
I am a teacher in mathematics since 2000.Handling the class in primary to senior secondary school, I am confident to take up the responsibility to be a successful teacher.

M.Sc.(Maths),M.Ed.(Maths) from the Mahatma Gandhi University,Kottayam,Kerala, India
My interests
Fine Arts, especially in painting.
Professional
Currently working as a Mathematics teacher in Sacred Heart's C.M.I. Public School,Thevara, a CBSE(Central Board of Secondary Education) school in the western part of Kerala, run my C.M.I. congregation.
Personal
In my family I have my father and mother and a younger sister. My mother was a school teacher and I have followed her footsteps. I am married to Mr.L.X. Jos Martin, who is a fine artist, residing at cochin, KERALA. We have our son Karol,doing his second grade.
