  • Developed and expanded a fledgling Music Department (Flinders College), from an involvement of 20 in 2000 to an involvement of 500+ across 3 campi today;
  • Mentored many music student teachers from Victorian Universities;
  • Managed and expanded a large Instrumental Music Teaching and Secretarial staff (40 in 2010 at FCCC);
  • Ran a cross-campus vibrant music programme;
  • Developed Music Curriculum from Grade 5 - VCE;
