The mind is such a beautiful thing! Imagine being able to think ahead of a situation. Imagine always winning in a game of poker or chess or tic tac toe, for that matter. What contributes to the winning? It is the ability of the mind to analyse a sitution and 'predict' future actions.

Predict may be a strong verb to use but for the uninitiated the awesome power to foresee what might transpire could be seen as clairvoyance. Let's leave the realm of imagination and land on planet Earth. Whatever the laymen may think, the so-called ability to 'predict' is actually the ability to think strategically the course of actions one would take in a given situation..
