I am a Wiki Neigbour
My name is Frances Ferreira, I joined COL in January 2007 as an education specialist for Basic Education and Open Schooling. I am working in most of the Commonwealth countries and I am amazed by the work that has been done by the colleagues I have met since I have joined COL.
Why did I join Wiki? I believe that ODL is the only way to address the fast-moving changes of the world and wiki has so many opportunities to share, create and develop.I also realised that it is a very exciting and empowering environment!
