=Communication= is the process of transmitting information from one person to another. Broadly, it means who says what, to whom, through which channel and with what effect. It is a way of reacting to the other person with ideas, facts, thoughts, feelings and values. Communication experts emphasize the behavioral implications of communication by pointing out that "the only means by which one person can influence another is by the behaviors he shows that is, the communicative exchanges between people provide the sole method by which influence or effects can be achieved". In other words, the behaviors that occur in an organization are vital to the communication process. This personal and behavioral exchange view of communication takes many forms.
