Who is a communicator?

Why be an effective communicator and not just a communicator?

1. Because no one benefits from an ineffective communicator.
2. Because an ineffective communicator could cause a plane to crash (I heard it from Ron the specialist which is an excerpt from Freakonomics book. Apart from reading Mathematics, Statistics and anything that ends with tics.)
3. Because an effective communicator is loved by all.
   • That's because you make their lives a lot easier.
