At long last I have opened the page. It is frustrating when the technology lets you down. This is hoping in practice the situation shall not be like this. I wonder!!! The intention is to use this electricity dependent gadgets in the communal areas. Thanks to Steve, one can use solar to power the gadgets. Therefore there is no excuse.

One problem though. Internet costs money, and can people in the rural areas afford? Remember the whole idea is to get everyone to participate. Thus, it should just not be the leader with access to technology. Do you agree.
