My name is Eileen .I hail from Hohoe in the Volta Region of Ghana .I teach Food and Nutrition in the University of Education Winneba.I am a catholic .Iam married and I have three kids,a boy and two girls. Iam quiet,soft spoken ,very dependable and trustworthy I am fun to be with.I love my family very much even though I do not stay with them I have worked on the use of hundred percent cassava flour for making Ghanaian dishes.
