I always think of myself as an educator first and foremost. Other titles could be added if necessary. I enjoy sharing ideas with ikeminded persons and holding discussions with those who hold an opinions different to mine.I think that is the key to progress - when we can disagree to agree.

The Ministers of Education of the OECS at their fourth Annual Meeting in Tortola, British Virgin Islands, decided that it was prudent and necessary to establish a sub-regional strategy for the reform of education in the OECS. Such a strategy would provide the basis for national development, the framework for sub-regional initiatives and a focal point for regional cooperation in education within the Caribbean. The following are profile of priority areas from which regional projects are developed for external funding.
Harmonising The Education Systems In The OECS Addressing Urgent Societal Imperatives Information and Communications Technology Reforming Early Childhood Education Reforming Primary Education Reforming Secondary Education Reforming Tertiary, Adult And Continuing Education Reforming The Terms And Conditions Of Service Of Teachers Reforming The Management And Administration Of The Education System Reforming the Financing of Education Continuing And Sustaining The Reform Process
