I am Dr. Ramakrishnan Srinivasan, a 52 year old male Indian hailing from the state of Karnataka. I live in the coastal suburb of Suratkal about 18 kms from Mangalore. I have been teaching English as a second language since 1991 in a governement aided college managed by the Academy of General Education, Manipal, Karnataka. I hold Ph.D degree in English Literature (1998) and a Ph.D degree in Sanskrit (2007). I am multilingual and apart from English, I am proficient in Sanskrit, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam. As the Director of CSRD (Centre for Spiritual Resource Development) I am involved in research studies in Traditional Disciplines such as Ayurveda, Yoga and Tantra. I am one among the founding associates of Project Mind Foundation for realizing Accelerated Thought (constituted by David S. Devor , Israel). I have included my name in the Indian Team of WikiEducator Ambassadors with a mission to share the rich heritage resources of India, that is Bharat to fulfill my vision of realizing global human identity as revealed in the living Vedic Tradition. I believe that wiki environment is most conducive for achieving this lofty and practical ideal of being human globally.

I was effortlessly navigated from the main page of WikiEducator to its India Page. It hoisted my flag of inspiration, to elevating heights and the realization of the rich heritage potential of Bharat (India) and its sharing got translated as my mission. To fulfill the vision of living Vedic Tradition, "global human identity and unity through knowledge for all, by all", I found that wiki environment is most conducive. The wiki value of quality as all inclusive acceptability, the wiki quality of value as all empowering, universally acknowledged human resource, above all the global fraternity, progress, and peace through reusable knowledge base, these are ever fascinating and life-fulfilling to both teachers and students. My WikiEducator campaign from grass root level, already commenced, consists of E-Mail ID generation for colleagues and teachers at large of Karnataka. Soon, the state level internet enabled wiki capability development movement to gather OER persons would be planned and launched.
