My profile
I grew up in upstate New York. When I graduated college (Degree in Math and Computer Science with a certification to teach 7-12), I moved to Colorado to teach rock climbing and groom nordic ski trails. After a season, I moved to Rochester, NY where I was the full-time director for YMCA Camp Cory. I was with the YMCA in that capacity for eighteen months before moving to California to work at Washington Mutual. There, I designed and maintained the database for home loans in Southern California. In January of 2003, I moved back to Rochester and started working at Honeoye Falls-Lima High School. In my eight years of working, I taught Geometry and Computer Science. I was also the assistant coach for Cross Country Racing, Nordic Skiing and Track & Field. I also ran the Yearbook and started the FIRST Robotics club.
In November of 2010, I started working at Monroe Community College as an Instructional Designer. So far, it has been great. I really like the job and the people I work with.
