Education for Out-of-School Education for Children is designed for children of Primary School going age, who did not have a chance to go through formal schooling or who dropped out of school for one reason or another. The programme should run parallel to the formal schooling at primary level. Although the programme shall be parallel there is a need to consider the needs of this special group of children and their way of life in order to motivate them to participate.
