Brief Profile: I'm the eLearning Programme Manager at AMREF HQ, implementing a country wide programme for upgrading 22,000 Enrolled Community Health Nurses from certificate to registered level. The programme is a classic Public-Private Partnership; a collaboration betwwen AMREF, the Nursing Council of Kenya, Accenture (a global management, technology consulting and outsourcing organization) and several public, private and faith based nursing schools in Kenya. It aims at upgrading these nurses in 5% of the time and less than 5% of the cost of a traditional residential/classroom based programme.
I have a background in Economics, Programme Management and eLearning, with over 8 years working experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCGs), Technology Consulting and health industries.
I'm married, with a beautiful daughter and live in Nairobi Kenya. I also pastor a church (Christ Embassy) of beautiful people in Westlands Nairobi.
