Description of Ultimate Frisbee
Ultimate is a sport that instead of using a ball or a puck it uses a 175 gram flying disc. When you are playing the game the objective is to score points by passing to your teammate who is in the other teams endzone. But you are not aloud to move when you are holding the frisbee, once you catch or pick up the frisbee you have to stand still although you may pivot with one foot to throw.
