UK Institute of Physics (IOP) in Ghana
On May 2010, the president of the UK Institute of Physics (IOP), Prof. Dame Jocelyn Bell Burnell, joined the former Minister for Education, the Hon. Mr Alex Tettey-Enyo MP, to opening the new Physics and Electronics Centre at Ada Secondary High School, in the south-east of the country. The establishment of the centre is the result of several months of discussions between the former Minister of Education, Mr. Alex Tettey Enyo, and Mr. Roger Green, IOP’s volunteer for Ghana.
