Defination of Youth
Good day to you all my name is Leah Olu-King from Namibia, The defination of youth in Namibia context refers to those young men and women between the ages of 15-30 years. The Council of the City of Windhoek for practical reasons focus on the age groups 15-35 and thus define youth as such.
