I find the above confusing. It seems to imply that one can only use it without the "share-alike" requirement, and only under CC-BY. Perhaps omit the sentence (it is not needed) or change it to something like:
- In other words, any page which has been touched only by users with this provision can be used freely under CC-BY. The "share-alike" requirement on other WikiEducator content is optional.
or, to help users understand what they are doing:
- In other words, any page which has been touched only by users with this provision can be used freely under CC-BY. Unlike other pages of WikiEducator, authors using such pages may publish derived works (such as translations, mixes, etc.) under licenses which remove or restrict the freedoms associated with the original CC-BY works.
