Hi Wayne,

I noticed this, and was wondering why this might be the case....could you clarify please? Randy Fisher 02:44, 6 September 2009 (UTC)

Also wondering: perhaps the orange line should be labelled "external contracts" (i.e. not via the donations and membership fees, etc.) and grow alongside the yellow line (membership fees) - assuming a correlation: more members indicates greater need for help in getting started, converting existing learning resources, implementing special features (e.g. custom templates, ...), etc. - K 13:47, 11 September 2009 (UTC)

Hi Randy

Apology for the delayed reponse -- Have been pretty busy of late.

When developing the operational plans I opted to wear my accounting hat and decided to be extremely conservative regarding predicted revenue streams and have only accounted for grant funding and external contracts that were confirmed at the time of developing the 3-year plan.

Clearly we want to exceed these revenue predictions for contract income over time -- but my intention at this stage of planning is to demonstrate a viable project without reliance on unconfirmed contract revenue.

Cheers
