WikiBuddy instead of Apprentice 3

Hi Wayne,

To our conversation, I have a suggestion that Apprentice 3 level be changed to WikiBuddy.

This is in line with our talk about people helping people pair up within the L4C wiki skills workshops - so they are not only developing their own skills, but in concert with others (i.e., I'm someone else's buddy). It also gives folks something more tangible to shoot for (i.e., WikiBuddy, vs. Apprentice 3.)
