UC added - developing our blend together

Looking forward to authors and users views of what is helpful in this table.

I have just added the UC pieces mainly in italics to help differentiate them.

Already it is helpful to me as a leader of one dimension, and this will also help us develop our blend of Moodle with WikiEducator. So comments/replies on the evolving (WikiEducator, Moodle as Educo, and Mahara as VLN portfolio) would also be helpful please.
