Hi Daphne, Not yet, I teach a Transition Class geared for the military and also a leadership development. I'm just letting the thoughts of it rattle around in my brain for now, esp. since I've been busy (as I'm sure you have!) with the wiki-week! It has been crazy and to top it off I'm on the road all this week! Cliff
