Timeline and process of collboration

Hi everyone, now that we have the article outline finalized and some contributors dedicated to sections is time to get on with the writing :-) Here are a few things to consider to guide our process based on the deadline of submission on 15 September :

  • submission 15 September - author whit account on OpenPraxis submits article
  • review and final edits completed by 14 September
  • one of the authors set up an account on the OepnPraxis site to submit article get familiar with submission process 13 September
  • transfer article into template compliant with authoring guidelines and upload file to wikieducator 13 September
  • tidy up referencing - ensure APA style consistently used across all sections 12 September
  • final drafts completed 12 September
  • second review / feedback completed 10 September
  • draft edited and submitted to second review 5 September
  • drafts reviewed and word count per section confirmed 1 September (considering an intro section could be shorter to cater for the research data sections which may need more discussion)
  • first drafts completed by 27 August
