Template in the wiki

Unfortunately the template for the subtopics seems to be a bit wonky. There is not link to the original page for Learning and Teaching. I don't want to follow the template for Practice context because that does not seem correct either. I will show you what I mean in the meeting. I don't have time to fix it up. Learning Review has the same set up.
