Great start to your course description

Thanks for sharing your course description - this is a great start.

Developing courses for inter-cultural learning teams has huge potential for the open course delivery model.

With reference to ideas for refining the course description, I think it would be useful to provide some more detail on the intended target audience. Is this a course intended for educators, or working in teams more generally.

One of the big challenges when you start thinking about your design blueprint is how to implement team work within the open course environment.

I'm looking forward to the next edition and seeing your design blueprint.

Thanks for the feedback.

Based on my experience of who shows up for intercultural learning initiatives, I decided on a broad audience of educators working with adult learners. But I think this course could be developed at various levels from professional development, conted certificate, to M.Ed. level.

Thinking about team work in the open, I think one key is a variety of communication options so people can choose their level of privacy. A format like the WikiEducator course planning page could work to track team project task progress. Team process & maintenance is the main learning zone and needs to be addressed more sensitively – yet openly, because open minds and open dialogue are critical goals.
