I think this page should be locked to prevent this image were replaced by mistake. There are some pages where this image is linked and some of them are using the image as an example on them. Maybe users updated this image before and now this image is not congruent with the content of the page.
- I think there are two (2) issues here: (1) the locking of the page; and (2) the naming of the image. For example, even if the page were locked, if someone uploaded an image somewhere in the wiki called "example.jpg", then it would likely replace the image.
