Hi Kim,
Yes -- the OER Foundation intends to support and establish a node for accredited service providers to assist with OER implementation.
Ultimately this will be hosted on the WikiEducator.com domain --- we still need to consult with the community and potential service providers regarding the detail of how this may work in the future.
