It's been over a century since the sex education has been a topic of hot discussions, debate and denials. Even now the topic is like hot potatoes, too hot to handle. Myriad issues have stalled its progress. From issues such as how much to when to begin have been debated over. Also it has been observed that merely providing sex education would not help in achieving the objectives. Socio-cultural-economic conditions need to be taken into consideration.
