Both these actions require creating a subpage to your user page and putting the contents on the subpage.
To create a subpage add the syntex [[//]] and the new page name goes between /and/. I hope this will help. For examples see edit mode of these features on my user page. Warm wishes.--Gita Mathur 13:09, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
