pre-workshop activities

Hi Wayne,

I think the first milestone is pretty much there. It may still need the odd bit of tweaking but I think it needs another set of eyes to give another perspective. http://wikieducator.org/Organizing_pre-workshop_logistics_activities. As for the preworkshop activity for participants I've added it to the Registration Form resource under http://wikieducator.org/Participants_Invitations and I've also tested it by updating my own user page following the template and am pretty happy with the result. Let me know what you think.
