I have almost completed the "Moodle in the Commonwealth" Bounty. Kindly look at the page http://www.wikieducator.org/Moodle_in_the_Commonwealth
Please see the survey questions. If you think more information required, kindly add. May be we can quickly upload the short questionnaire on to SurveyMonkey. I am familiar with it, and also have a temporary account that is going to expire on 15th. Give me a weblink for the SurveyMonkey survey that I can post to DEOS-L, IFETS, and Moodle Buzz. Besides, you can send the link of the survey also to the mailing list of COL. By doing the survey we can also update the list.
