Interesting thought, Patrina. I'm not sure I know enough about wikis yet to be give you even a half-useful answer. What I do know is that web-based communication - either synchronous, or asynchronous - is increasing used for gathering qualitative information from people for evaluation purposes. Of course the people involved have to be IT literate and have access to the internet, but happily that includes more and more people as every month goes by.
