MBL915 assignment II
We have commenced work on MBL915 Assignment, and I have just emailed you our initial workings a few minutes back please read through the case and browse through what we have done thus far. We will over the course of this week send the 1st draft for your comments. it is an interesting case study...
Kago I have a few questions: 1. Do we have an SoW? 2. From the doc I am not clear on the questions.Of course i will need to read the case, but perhapos you could help by giving a bit more detail on the question we are addressing.
Our SoW was developed and available on this link http://www.wikieducator.org/EDSLIONS/weekly_discussions/Strategic_Management_Assignment_2
it a case on OfficeMax, Inc. is the third-largest office supply chain in the United States. you will find the question at the link. you are to give a recommendations to the CEO, or formulate a strategy to counter the potential mrger of the top two companies in the office supply industry, office depot & Staples.
Thanks Utang and JC for your comments. The case is a rather old one and to us not seriously structured properly. But we shall sail through. It requires a lot of subjective opinions and justifications so we expect the group to read the case and criticize us heavily next week.
thanks Utang our intention is to produce an 8o% plus assignment, please we welcome all your praises and constructive critism... it is quite discomforting to proceed with it, without knowledge of how we did on the first assignment does anyone know or heard anything about this? Luisa? Shungu is having trouble with her internet connection, please excuse her...if you do not see her comments...
Great....please do hammer it. We need the marks. Any news on our previous strategy mark? --Shumimlingo 16:38, 26 July 2009 (UTC)
